Within an established and highly demanding environment, the challenge was to optimise existing operations while preserving what made the Soho Farmhouse experience distinctive. The work focused on improving operational processes, strengthening day-to-day efficiency and supporting team development to deliver greater quality and consistency across the experience. An operational approach where team performance, service quality and member experience must work as one system.
Following the opening of the Spa du Montcel, the intervention focused on restructuring operations and strengthening the foundations required for sustainable performance. Team organisation, operational standards, guest journey, programming and commercial performance were realigned to create a clearer and more effective operating model. The result: a stronger operation, an improved guest experience and significant revenue growth, demonstrating how operational transformation can unlock the potential of an existing asset.
At the heart of The Store Oxford’s pre-opening, the work focused on turning the concept into a fully operational experience. From operational structure, recruitment and team readiness, standards, guest journey, partner coordination, space optimisation and final operational challenges, each element was aligned to connect the project’s vision with its reality on the ground.
The objective: not simply to open a spa, but to build an experience ready to perform from day one and evolve over time.
As part of Château de l’Épinay’s pre-opening, the work focused on preparing the integration of spa and wellness into the wider guest experience. Operational structuring, opening preparation and guest experience development helped translate the initial vision into an offering aligned with the identity, service standards and operations of a boutique hotel. The objective: to integrate wellness into the experience from the outset, rather than treating it as a standalone activity.
This is often where our work begins.
AEON intervenes primarily when human experience, organization, and performance must be designed together.
